Nordics OTS Customer Relations
You support the Nordics team in the management of the Order Management and Accounts receivable process, you will be a the point of contact for the follow up of the order status and delivery;
You review and analyze the order file, highlighting risks and opportunities;
You partner with Sales and Merch Planning and Distribution to resolve supply and delivery challenge and opportunity;
You provide delivery for LSE product launches or tests to be aligned with marketing strategy and timelines;
You take governance of order book pricing aligned to agreed terms;
You have relevance experience in similar customer service role
You speak English fluently and one or more Scandinavian language fluently (SW, NO, DA, FI)
You have good excel skills and can work with precision pivot tables is a big plus)
Experience in the use of SAP or similar ERP system is a plus , including VLOOKUP, or IF Staments
You are a fast learner
You are able to manager various administrative tasks
You have good communication skills
