As Manager Digital Content Strategy, you are responsible for the Digital Content Marketing strategy and operations for UNICEF at national level. Firstly, you analyze the digital behavior of the target audiences, on UNICEF websites as well as on the competitors' sites. With all these data, you plan and implement a high quality Digital strategy that ensures great engagement of the target audiences, as well as promotes the association's core values. You oversee all content on organic and paid media and you make sure the channel and the message is adapted according to the different target audiences. You make sure all content posted is in line with UNICEF's values. In addition to this, you are responsible for three officers: two Digital Content and Copywriters (Dutch and French) and one Digital Marketing Officer. You will ensure great cooperation and coordination within your team. Furthermore, your tasks will include budget management and reporting on the costs and results of paid media. You will report on these data to the Senior Management.
Additionally, you will be the point of contact for all digital marketing queries and share best practices as well as keep yourself updated on the development of the field. You will report directly to the Senior Communication Manager and are his/her back-up. As Manager Digital Content Strategy, you are a member of the UNICEF Belgium Management team.
