Job description

  • Assistant to a team of lawyers.
  • Preparation and follow-up of invoicing
  • Document filing
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Various: keeping the database up-to-date, printing data rooms, agenda management, organization of seminars etc.

Profile

  • Previous experience as a secretary or assistant in a law firm
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch and English, and good knowledge of French
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-player but also able to work independently
  • Discrete, reliable, accurate and with an eye for detail
  • Proactive, dynamic and positive
  • Customer-focused and service-minded
