Our client is currently looking for a part time (50%) executive/management level administrative assistant.
The requirements are as follows:
- To start mid May 2018 for period of 3 months with a possibility to extend
- The precise working days and hours are flexible
Brief description of key tasks:
• General admin support, filing,
• Organizing face-to-face and web meetings, as well as conference calls, including travel, social events, invitations etc.
• Preparing dossiers for meetings, minutes and reports
• Maintaining various databases, extranets and website updates
• Archiving of documents and minutes according to Cefic internal procedures
• Ensuring essential office supplies, monitoring mails, letters, phone calls
• Manage Website management
