Job description

Our client is looking for a management assistant. In this role, you will be providing organisational advice and management support. 

Here are some of your responsibilities in a nutshell:

• Receiving and filtering incoming telephone calls 

• Welcoming internal and external visitors

  • ull; Mailing, packages and express carrier
  • ull; Taking care of the common Global Markets Secretary mailbox where all demands are centralized
  • ull; Booking of travels
  • ull; Booking of video and conference calls
  • ull; Booking of meeting rooms, catering, audio-visual equipment and parking
  • ull; Ordering the office supplies
  • ull; Contact the dedicated helpdesks (trouble with a device, printer; facility; cleaning, aso).


Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel 1st experience as a Management Assistant (within BNPPF) is a plus Profile:

• Stress Resistant

  • ull; Discrete
  • ull; Punctual and accurate
  • ull; Both abilities: stand-alone and team player (secretary’s office with two regular assistants)
  • ull; Flexible
  • ull; Strong organizational skills
  • ull; Ability to “Multitask” Operating language(s) :
  • FR - NL - EN


Our client offers you a very interesting and challenging postion on a temporary basis. 

- Duration : 1 month

  • Preferred starting date : 26/05/2019
  • Time Schedule : Regular 36h/w
