• Receiving and filtering incoming telephone calls
• Welcoming internal and external visitors

- ull; Taking care of the common Global Markets Secretary mailbox where all demands are centralized
- ull; Booking of travels
- ull; Booking of video and conference calls
- ull; Booking of meeting rooms, catering, audio-visual equipment and parking
- ull; Ordering the office supplies
- ull; Contact the dedicated helpdesks (trouble with a device, printer; facility; cleaning, aso).
