Logistics Coordinator FR/EN

Job description

Day to day activities, including:

  • Replies to customer demands concerning spare parts

  • Requests for quotation

  • Purchase orders

  • Exchange programme issues

  • Spares returns

  • Technical requests

  • Creation of the shipping documents necessary for the "import/export" department for specific consignments.


  • A sound understanding of the procurement process, including quotations, purchase orders and goods receipt;
  • Sufficient experience in a high volume manufacturing procurement environment;
  • Ability to use ICT programs, including SAP, as required for the role;
  • Ability to use English.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, co-operating with other to explore different solutions and improve efficiencies;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and represent the companies' interest in a professional manner, strengthening business relationships with others (both internal and external);
  • Ability to respect deadlines and focus upon assigned tasks, with high level of engagement;
  • Demonstrate motivation to learn new ways of doing things / new tasks, reviewing own performance and working on areas for improvement;
  • Keeps informed of latest products, processes, markets and customers;
  • Is able to work within a team environment, respecting others, proposing new ideas and sharing knowledge and experience;
  • Collaborates with superiors, colleagues and other functions, contributing to teamwork.
