Belgium has 2 residences in Brussels. Ascott launched in 2016 a new brand; The Crest Collection, 5-stars residences. The Crest Collection is made of 3 residences in Paris: La Clef Louvre, La Clef Tour Eiffel and La Clef Champs Elysées, which will open at the end of 2018.

Key Account Manager

Job description

Attached to the Sales Deputy Director, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for the commercial development of the two Citadines residences of Brussels and the rest of the Ascott chain at theEuropean and World level...

Your mission is:

  • Organize and implement the prospecting, development and customer loyalty phases in accordance with the objectives set
  • Independently manage the target accounts of your client portfolio by promoting cross selling (international framework contracts): you ensure the negotiations, develop and follow action plans
  • Make offers in accordance with the commercial and price policy defined by the group
  • Keeping you in tune with your economic environment through standby actions
  • Manage the customer database
  • Supply and reliable customer data using the CRM tool (Sage) according to the procedures
  • Follow the communication and marketing plans proposed by the Group
  • In close collaboration with the Operations and the Revenue Manager, you follow the performance of the residences in order to optimize the turnover of all the activities
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with Ascott sales teams (cross selling)
  • Be present and represent the hotel to Brussels" professional networks and be the true "ambassador" at cocktail parties and/or other events (Networking)

To carry out your mission, our group provides you with powerful and professional tools.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be in contact with all the sales teams, the operational managers and with the support teams of the head office including Central Reservation, Sales Administration, Groups Department, ...Your interlocutors within companies can be persons likely prescribe or make reservations in all the residences of the group : buyers, HR directors, travel managers, secretaries, project managers, implants / explants, institutional ....

Profile

  • You are commercial oriented and you have commercial experience (hunting and farming) in a similar environment.
  • You speak and write fluently French and English. Dutch is an asset.
  • You are autonomous, organized, results oriented and you have a sense of service.
  • You have an excellent presentation.

  • Salary + Bonus according to experience
