Job description


General tasks/ Result Areas
  • He/she needs to establish and maintain long-term relationships with GMA / key accounts in Belgium and/or Europe for companies located in Belgium
  • He/she is responsible for achieving the targets within his/her region
  • Regular prospections for new customer acquisitions
  • Draw up the forecast for the Sales targets to be achieved in consultation with the Sales Manager
  • Maintain and further build up existing commercial contacts with crucial customers within defined area to ensure that a long-term relationship can be build up
  • Intensive customer contact, by constantly identifying and offering added value services/solutions to existing service package
  • Recording all customer-related actions and initiatives in KM´s CRM tool
  • Consequent monitoring of the market and follow-up of customer developments to ensure that KM can anticipate on all factors that may influence future business transactions
  • Perform analysis and preparation to consult, negotiate and conclude contracts to ensure that the customer and KM are offered interesting prices and terms of conditions
  • Staying constantly up-to-date with regard to the development of KM´s services and solutions portfolio and applications, which represents the most important enabler to offer tailored solutions to the client
  • Contact with GMA department on European level
  • Close and regular collaboration with all concerned departments within KM in the pre-sales phase
  • Implementation of initiatives to reach set aims in cooperation with Sales Manager

  • Comfortable around high level and/or complex negotiations
  • Capacity to identify and establish a long-term commercial relationship with DMU
  • Having an established commercial network
  • Focus on results and target-oriented, based upon the sales cycle
  • A talent in communication, on every hierarchy level (Networking/Negotiation/Presentation)
  • Self-assurance & Willingness to take on responsibility
  • Customer-centric with an outstanding customer understanding
  • IT-affinity
  • High self-motivation and independent work style

Profile

PROFILE
  • Graduated in higher education (Bachelor and / or Master's degree) with commercial background
  • Minimum 5 years of sales / key account experience in a large corporation, preferably within GMA context
  • Strong IT skills, good knowledge and expertise in Service & Solutions
  • Good at analysing/knowledge of customer demands
  • Languages: French, Dutch, English
  • Driving license type B
  • Willingness to travel across Europe on accessional basis
