Our client is seeking an organized and flexible individual, with proven administrative experience, excellent IT and communication skills and high attention to detail, to join them as a Programme Administrator.
This is a busy and varied role which requires the post holder to communicate persuasively and tactfully with students and academic staff and to demonstrate good use of initiative to ensure cooperation and compliance with the milestones set for the academic year.
Under the supervision of the Portfolio/Practice Director and in cooperation with one or several Programme Coordinators, he/she will be responsible will be responsible for the successful implementation of several aspects of the programme administration and management.
The Programme Administrator will provide clerical and administrative support across the range of tasks undertaken with regard to a portfolio of management programmes. He/she will:
Act as the first point of contact for students and faculty and often visiting lecturers, dealing with inquiries and providing support. Liaise with staff, faculty, and visitors at all levels within Solvay Executive Education and beyond. Develop and nurture relations with candidates, participants, and alumni.
Assist in the preparation and production of programme documents such as schedules, core programme, and onboarding information, course materials, handbooks, and other programme documents.
Undertake the day-to-day course administration, including module/course registration and teaching evaluation, and setting up and maintaining files for students on the learning platform.
Prepare and oversee programme logistics including room allocation, course equipment, and catering
Manage various operational and administrative tasks related to the selection and enrolment of candidates.
Handle the invoicing process related to the teaching and tuition fees and ensure an appropriate follow-up.
Assist with coordination of events (promotional or recruitment), internal and external meetings or course sessions, including attendance and reporting.
Undertake other responsibilities as directed by the Portfolio/Practice Director.
