Job description

  • Support the Account Managers and Bid Managers during contract writing and negotiations with our key customers (large merchants, integrators, etc.)
  • Prepare & negotiate with the customers : proposals on contract structure, contract clauses and contract schedules
  • Write and/or edit contract schedules based on existing documents and on information from the negotiation processes – assist in contract negotiations and adapt wordings
  • Assure coherence with existing structures, wording and maximize reusability of structures/clauses in order to make subsequent implementation and change as efficient as possible
  • Periodically update contracts with amendments and update of schedules : coordinate with service delivery units/product managers/pre-sales/sales to get the information, adapt & have documents validated & prepare for submission to the customers
  • Manage the administrative processes around the contracts : document numbering/referencing, filing of electronic versions on shared folders, access management
  • Handle information requests about contracts : copies, searches, overviews of aspects across different contracts


  • Master's Degree in Law
  • A first experience in a commercial context and with contracts is an asset
  • Strong interest in ICT
  • Orally fluent in English and French, a good level of Dutch is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills in English – experience / talent for contract writing, factual writing, user documentation
  • Good command of Word and features which facilitate the writing and handling of contracts (multiple Documents, versioning, track handling, compare …)
  • Integrative thinking and eye for detail
  • Drive for result & stress resistant
  • Client oriented, with the ability to cooperate with different types of people within the company and at the customer
  • Good communication skills, able to bring message across in a structured and clear way
