    WEMEA-EE Unit Volume Planning Analyst

    Job description

    Reporting to the Retail Ops & Volume Planning Manager, EMEA, the WEMEA-EE Ghent Volume Planning Analyst will have the following roles & responsibilities:
     
    • Volume Planning: Be the main contact person / Analyst for Ghent unit volume planning process
      • Lead the Order to Delivery reporting and analysis ; more specifically from the dealer orders all the way to the shipment of goods from Ghent warehouse to the different markets (WEMEA & Eastern Europe)
        • Collaboration/communication/negotiation with WEMEA/EE sales support team,  WEMEA/EE sales team and Ghent logistics team
        • Improvement of in-Transit inventory visibility
      • Ensure optimized allocation process between WEMEA and CEE-CIS countries / Storage Location
      • Be the guardian of Days of Inventory targets within the WEMEA and EE organization through
      • Prepare monthly unit volume planning process in coordination with WEMEA and Eastern Europe sales teams
      • Lead with rest of volume planning team the weekly shipping review to ensure that all critical highlights get addressed.
      • Act as a strong pro-active member of the EMEA and Global Volume planning group
      • Support SAP improvement project regarding Volume planning processes
     
    • Support EMEA Retail Ops processes and projects:
      • Prepare / Analyze regular Retail Ops reporting to make the link between retail trends and purchase plan optimization
      • Be an actor of the Volume planning focus towards retail (Retail planning, Order management system implementation, ...)

    Profile

    • A suitable Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years of similar experience.
    • Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must while knowledge of SQL DB, Power BI and SAP are a strong plus.
    • Languages: English, French, any other language is a plus.
