Warehouse/Logistics Assistant

Job description

As a Warehouse assistant you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of stocking finished products for export and contributes to all operational objectives (SHE, quality, service, cost and people).

Tasks:

  • Allocation and confirmation (release) of products and quantities loaded
  • Reception of drivers from external companies for the transport
  • Management of transport documents (receipt, transmission, verification, handover to driver after loading)
  • Coordination with the laboratory (control priorities according to goods departures)
  • Liaison with Export Department to ensure proper logistics coordination
  • Recording and reporting of truck times (arrival, loading, handover of documents)
  • Substitute department storekeepers if necessary
  • Ensures compliance with international food safety regulations and safety standards

Profile

We are looking for a temporary worker who is interested to discover the administrative part of a warehouse.

You have to be able to :

  • Manage customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively.
  • Speak fluently French and English.
  • Manage performances.
  • Not scared of on the field tasks.
