Job description
- Payments of expense cards + cash advances.
- Payments of the Interco and Intergroup billings.
- Managing the mail box of the Accounts Payable.
- Assisting providers with registering in Basware Network.
- Administrative work on the purchase invoices.
Profile
- You have a background in accounting (education/work)
- You are organized and know how to put priorities
- You can work in a rigorous, autonomic way
- You obtain a flexible mindset
- You speak Dutch and English (and are not afraid to speak/write in French) or You speak French and English (and are not afraid to speak/write in Dutch)
- Knowledge of Oracle + Basware Alusta is a plus
