A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
You ensure that the focus is always on our customers, that there is a constant dialogue with them and that actions are taken to improve their customer experience. You translate national IKEA strategy into a business plan for your IKEA store, in association with the other heads of department, to protect the position of IKEA as the leader in interior design on the local market. You guarantee a relevant IKEA Food offer through a combination and presentation of our IKEA Food products, manage volumes and set commercial priorities. You actively promote a safety culture and you ensure that the rules are known and followed by the colleagues.

As an experienced people manager, you are passionate about people. You delegate responsibilities to your managers, based on their experience and skills, to help them in their personal growth and development. You have experience in drawing up and implementing action plans, managing budgets and following up targets. Your passion and knowledge of our food business and retail drive you to exceed the expectations of our customers time and again.
