Job description

  • You will be a member of the ICT Management team, reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
  • Responsible for the overall setup of IT Services and roles played by various Service Providers.
  • Mentors the operational team, defines and coordinates day-to-day responsibilities of service management staff.
  • Responsible for the Service Desk, Service Delivery Managers and Security Officers
  • Build the Operating Model, align roles, interfaces with the relating functions.
  • Setup required Governance to ensure process and operations performance is reviewed at various levels e.g. Operations resources, Process Managers, Process Owners, Service Delivery Managers across Service Providers, at an agreed frequency
  • Collaborates with the Procurement team to manage the external suppliers, responsible for the overall operational budget
  • Establish and maintain strong, productive, and collaborative relationships with the Service Providers.
  • Govern the Continual Service Improvement in conjunction with customers' strategy and drive it across Service Providers.


  • You have proven experience as an IT Operational Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Experience in a financial or banking environment is an asset.
  • Very strong Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, senior management, colleagues and external service providers.
  • Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • You have excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills and you like to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • ITIL V3 or V4 certified. (Minimum foundation) With expertise in Service Delivery.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • You show good oral and written proficiency in English, French or Dutch
