FIJI Water comes from an ancient aquifer deep within the earth on the island of Viti Levu, where it is protected and preserved. FIJI Water are looking for a new team member to manage their entire supply chain for UK, Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA).

Job description

As the FIJI Water Supply Chain Specialist you will have a challenging function with a lot of responsibility.

You will act as the SPOC for all Customer and Supply Chain related topics for UK and EMEA and will work closely together with your team worldwide.

Your main tasks are:

  • act as the primary customer service liaison ensuring customer needs and issues are managed accordingly;
  • manage the inbound and outbound product streams;
  • manage the UK and European warehouses and organize physical inventory transfers between distribution centers;
  • reconcile and identify the root cause of discrepancies and ensure that appropriate action(s) are taken;
  • continuously search for areas of improvement and implementation of best practices;
  • work closely together with clients, members of your team, the Sales/Distribution/Transportation/Finance teams as well as with third parties.

Profile

  • you have a bachelor or master degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Math, Accounting, Finance or Business Management;
  • a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar function is required;
  • you are an experienced customer service professional;
  • you are a teamplayer;
  • you are highly organized and detail-oriented. You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • you can work autonomously and have strong leadership, relationship building and communication skills;
  • you are a proficient user of MS Office and order management systems (preferably Oracle);
  • you are fluent in English.
