Job description
To reinforce our team of consultants in Antwerp, we are currently looking for a ‘Supply Chain Scheduler’. Your main responsibilities will be:
Back-order processing in SAP
Planning and scheduling
Responding to customers’ needs and concerns
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain the communication with the internal stakeholders (warehousing, purchasing, sales, logistics)
Profile
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
