Supply Chain Scheduler - Back Order Processing

To reinforce our team of consultants in Antwerp, we are currently looking for a ‘Supply Chain Scheduler’. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Back-order processing in SAP
• Planning and scheduling
• Responding to customers’ needs and concerns 
• Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain the communication with the internal stakeholders (warehousing, purchasing, sales, logistics)

 

• Proven customer support experience 
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
