Sourcing Recruitment Officer

The company is a international company that is helping companies with their business strategy execution powered by SAP.

The key responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the managers to define the priority requirements for open positions

- Advertise the open positions to external networks

- Consult and search relevant resumes in the database

- Execute qualified phone screening with the candidates and select potential candidates

- Present candidates to client and follow up the HR processes

- Be active on social media groups and professional networks in order to source new candidate

- Approach passive candidates and follow up when necessary

- Manage &, update the candidate data in the database

- Attend job fairs and organize event for active contractors

- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques

The successful candidate:

- You have a very good command of French, English and a good level in Dutch (beginner level is not enough, you will have to manage a candidate process from A to Z in Dutch)

- You already have 6 month - one year experience in a similar function

- Communicate by phone is not a secret for you

- You are proactive

- You are passionate about humans and happy to help clients to find the right person

- You have an afinity for the IT business
