Your tasks as a Shopper Marketeer:

• You lead the implementation and execution of the shopper marketing plans and calendars;
• You manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure key information is shared with management;
• You are single point of contact & business partner for Beverages shopper marketing related topics;
• You manage shopper marketing budgets;
• You coach and manage a junior shopper marketeer;
• You brief external agencies to develop creative concepts and evaluate them;
• You monitor, evaluate and maximize effectiveness and efficiency of shopper marketing solutions;
• You translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and business opportunities;

The required profile for the Shopper Marketeer:

• You are fluent in Dutch or French and English;
• You have a Master degree or similar;
• You have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in (FMCG) Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade marketing;
• You are assertive and independent;
• You have strong communication and people skills;
• You have a proven track record in digital activities;
