ENTREMATIC (www.entrematic.com), with operational headquarters in Sweden, is a full-service business partner in entrance automation and belongs to the ASSA ABLOY Group, a global leader in access solutions. Entrematic High performance Doors (HPD) is the specialist of high performance doors branded under the names DYNACO, DITEC and NERGECO. Its headquarters are in Moorsel (Belgium), also home to the DYNACO product plant, with production facilities in the Czech Republic and in France and a subsidiary in the US. The company currently employs 250 people in 80 countries and has a yearly turnover of 180 million EUR. 

HPD has the ambition to remain “the technological leader” and continue its growth through the expansion of its product range, focus on R&D and the reinforcement of its distribution network. Because of the strong growth and ambition for the future, ENTREMATIC is currently looking for the HPD division for a (m/f) Senior Sales Manager.

Job description

People management – Sales management – Integration management

•    You ensure a smooth merge of the Nergeco and Dynaco brand under the guidance of the HSD Commercial Director. You coach the dealer network and the sales team in this transition. 
•    You develop and implement a business plan to ensure the growth of the High Speed Doors division and the company’s client base in Europe. You manage strategic development and address management issues. 
•    You coach and drive a team of Area Sales Managers, aiming at the continuous improvement and specialisation of the sales organisation. You are closely involved in the team’s sales activities and you spend a significant time in the field co-traveling and flanking the sales team. 
•    By analysing, doing proposals, identifying key contacts and soliciting new business, you actively contribute to the marketing strategy of the HSD. 
•    You maintain and develop the key customer relationships and work closely together with the other departments (i.e. Marketing, Customer Service, After Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to continuously improve customer satisfaction. 
•    You analyse potential opportunities and provide strategies and coaching to optimise this together with your team. You also deliver accurate, both short- and long term, budgets and forecasts in time, and you perform an ongoing consistent review of the major competitors, including their strengths and weaknesses in order to capitalize on this. 
•    You report directly to the HSD Commercial Director.

Profile

Coach – Entrepreneur – Hands-on 

•    You have a master level of thinking and you have a technical background or interest.
•    You have a proven track record of at least 10 years in an international Sales Management position in a similar technical environment. Experience with indirect sales and managing dealers is a plus.  
•    You have excellent people management and coaching skills and client satisfaction is on top of your list.
•    An international environment is appealing to you and you don’t mind traveling up to 50% of your time within Europe. 
•    You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of German and French. Dutch is a plus.
