SCRUM MASTER | Multinational Company

A multinational company of Belgian origin, active in various raw materials, is looking for a Scrum Master.

You will find yourself in the dynamics of a multinational company, a multicultural environment and above all a great desire for digitalisation and for this a large IT budget is planned!

This organisation is in the process of setting up a brand-new IT department under the leadership of a new CTO who has defined the organisations entire IT landscape. You will also work directly with him.

SCRUM MASTER - Tasks

• You work closely with the lead developer, which requires a thorough knowledge of the product design. You will assist the team in internal demos and tests.
• You will take ownership of the project to ensure that the team respects Agile values and principles and follows the agreed practices.
• In collaboration with the business departments, you define the functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Creating functional and non-functional user stories and attending meetings to represent the business departments are also part of your tasks.

SCRUM MASTER - Profile

• You have about 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar function, and you are familiar with Azure DevOps and Agile development.
• You are fluent in French and English. Their strong international environment and multicultural and open workplace means that you will often alternate between the two languages.
