If you have a passion for Public Affairs research and advisory and would like to work on multi-country research projects and proposals to expand our business in Europe and internationally, you are the one we are waiting for. Especially when you enjoy working in fast paced environment and are self-motivated with excellent project and client management skills.

What will you be doing at Ipsos Public Affairs besides having lots of fun? You will be responsible for
  • Building strong client relationships across government and academia and taking up an advisory role
  • Helping to grow our business by writing innovative, challenging and successful proposals
  • Designing and successfully delivering projects with impact resulting in delighted clients
In short, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our business by being an enthusiastic, risk-taking and experienced team player.


Work-wise we look for
  • A passion for business development, including an ability to lead responses to RfPs, as well as identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients
  • Excellent project direction and budgeting skills, working to tight and demanding deadlines to deliver profitable work and assure quality of all outputs
  • Being a problem solver, weighting benefits and risks of creative ideas and alternative solutions to tackle unforeseen problems
  • You take an interest in various policy areas and how research can feed into policy making and policy evaluation
  • You write insightful and detailed presentations and reports and love to present them

Person-wise we look for
  • Demonstrable relevant experience of minimum of 5 years in large-scale Public Affairs quantitative and/or qualitative research and tenders
  • Proven ability to work well in teams with input from specialists (e.g. statisticians, partners, …)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in working for or at the European Commission and related organisations is a plus
  • Highly proficient in English, French is a plus.
