We are looking for a Regional Account Manager

Job description

Achieve sales goals as set by Country Manager
Bring the Amoena mission and vision to life in front of retailers, partners and KOL’s
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and become a trusted partner and advisor for all accounts and KOL’s in your assigned territory
Gather knowledge of the market and territory in order to identify and grow key accounts and KOL’s in medical devices or apparel industry
Think strategical (both short and long term) and expand market share by growing existing customers and by identifying and winning over new high potential customers
Conduct and assist with fitting seminars including fitting days with end-users

Profile

Next to solid skills in sales and account management…
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other applicable job related curriculum
You have minimum 5 years sales experience in Medical or Intimate apparel industries with proven sales track record
You have a high level of empathy and embrace the Amoena Mission & Vision
You have strong commercial and organizational skills
You are flexible, willing to work from time to time during weekends and evenings for market-related fairs/events
You have a positive mindset and high self-drive
You are a respectful team player
You are a competent user of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
You speak and write fluently Dutch, French and English
