Job description

As a Project Officer:

  • You are dealing with project management
  • You are preparing the presentations in order to acquire new clients
  • You are coordination the agendas of the team and the clients
  • You are organising the meetings
  • You will participate to the meetings
  • You will be responsible for the incoming calls and the mails of the division
  • You will be responsible for the invoicing and expenses
  • You will ensure good compliance management
  • You will be in charge of the administrative support


As a Project Officer:

  • You speak fluently French and English and you have a good knowledge of Dutch
  • You have a Bachelor in Office Management
  • You have a strong interest in administrative tasks
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • You are multi-tasking
  • You are a team-player
  • You are rigorous and you can meet deadlines
  • You can take initiatives and you are client oriented
