Job description

Your Mission
Within the overall Health & Well Being & Group strategy and in close cooperation with business stakeholders, the H&WB Communication Manager is responsible
  • to define and implement the H&WB communication strategy & plan
  • to develop communication material and launch kits, global campaigns and digital platforms
  • to support the H&WB related business development events
in order to achieve business results (share, growth and profitability) to reach the yearly objectives and long range plan.


What will you do?
 
  • You collect, analyse and build market intelligence and identify possible impacts on the business and build action plan
  • You build and implement the H&WB communication strategy and plan in line with the Group communication strategy and aligned with BU’s product communication.
  • You develop the communication material, launch kits, global campaigns (internal & external) and digital platforms and you support implementation in the countries in line with the BU’s and Group communication strategy
  • You play an active role in the launch and implementation of strategic H&WB projects on international level, together with BU’s and lead countries
  • You support the Technical Advisors community in implementing our H&WB story through storytelling, movies, social media etc.
  • You are the key contact to in-house and external designers, photographers and other media production specialists and you manage budget & resources
  • You play an active role in the global marketing & business development community through participation in specific projects/internal activities such as e-BDP, Group Internal Events, Customer Innovation Days, Taste Tomorrow events etc.
You build and manage relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and support the creation and development of the H&WB eco-system

Profile

  • You have a Marketing degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communication preferably in a global B2B or B2C environment
  • You are up to date with the latest developments in the field of marketing & communication (Consumer & B2B)
  • You are fluent in English.  Other languages are a plus.
  • You are a strong storyteller and have strong communication skills (written & oral)
  • You show strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time and work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • You are data driven, curious, digital savvy and inspired by the understanding of local consumer culture’s diversity in food.
  • You play to win, you are customer centred and determined to continuously improve everything we do
  • You have a passion for food
  • You are an excellent internal negotiator with the ability to influence the teams and organisation to achieve projects
  • You are open to travel occasionally
