Job description
Coordination of projects for the new development, optimization, standardization and implementation of tool systems, manufacturing processes, machines, processes and process sequences with a focus on automation, to improve occupational safety, quality and productivity. Sowie the support of customer-specific projects in close cooperation with the application technology.

Tasks, responsibilities, competences:
- Assessment of the production possibility of new products in cooperation with application technology, quality assurance, work preparation, production and laboratory
- Support of customer projects in the context of the new introduction up to the handover to series production
- Development of new manufacturing processes (new processes and methods as well as continuous improvement of existing processes)
- Introduction of new procedures in cooperation with the Value Stream Managers
- Supervision of investment projects
- Development and improvement of new tool systems
- Development of tool designs together with the tool shop
- Creation and implementation of automation concepts from individual processes to process interlinking with a focus on safety, quality and productivity
- Execution of the calculations necessary for the design and project planning
- Preparation of specifications for all internal and external, project-related investments
- Documentation and deadline tracking of all projectse
- Contacts to suppliers Coordination and support of external tool designs
- Support of work preparation in the selection of suitable processes and procedures.
- Close cooperation with the Value Stream process developers in the implementation of new projects, process improvements and introduction of new processes
- Moderation and creation of design and process FMEA's
- Independent further training in the field of activity by visiting trade fairs, suppliers, customers (together with AWT and field service)
- Leading HPT teams in all locations of the division
- The job holder informs the supervisor about deviations in product quality and weaknesses in the area
- Compliance with QMH and VQM requirements
- Proper handling and maintenance of equipment
- Cleanliness and order in the work area
- Other specific activities
- Comply with PET/HPT cultureand l
- Environment, health and safety:
- Compliance with legal rules and regulations regarding occupational safety and environmental protection
- Compliance with all applicable Parker Hannifin Corporation regulations
- Optimal working and environmental conditions (for managers: in the subordinate departments) and reporting of Near Miss

Profile
Training:
Dipl. Ing. (FH, Uni, TH), technician or master craftsman with technical vocational training and several years of professional experience
Experience:
in rubber/plastic processing and mechanical engineering as well as very good knowledge of project management
Special knowledge, skills, qualifications:
