Job description
As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will work at an international level. You manage a very diverse and challenging range of tasks:
- Extensive agenda management, taking into account different time zones, availabilities and deadlines. You manage both the professional and private agenda of the CEO so that they are smoothly coordinated
- International travel management
- You help prepare meetings and ensure flawless organization
- You manage the receptionist team
- You unburden the CEO completely on an organisational level
Profile
- As Personal Assistant to the CEO you have an important and confidential role
- You have extensive professional experience as a Personal Assistant on international / group level. Ideally, you also have experience in managing a small team.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus!
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office
- You are discrete and highly value confidentiality
- You are open to travelling with the CEO from time to time
- You have a pro-active approach and think in terms of (out-of-the-box) solutions
- You can easily work independently and like to take ownership
