As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and safely. Your tasks include:

- Setting up and adjusting machines according to clear principles.
- Loading raw materials such as powders and polymers.
- Packaging finished products according to established procedures.
- Working in a two-shift system, so that you can maintain a good work-life balance.

We are looking for an operator who:

- Has an A2 diploma or relevant experience in a production environment.
- Speaks fluent Dutch or English.
- Can handle physical work and is not afraid of a dusty environment.
- Works accurately and has an eye for detail.
- Has forklift experience (a plus, not a requirement—training provided).
