Office Manager

The company is based in Brussels in the city center. In a human oriented company where the development and evolution of employees are the priorities.

Job description

As an Office Manager you will:

- Manage the payroll for +- 10 employees

- Manage all the events

- Ensure the smooth running of the office (office supplies, organisation of meetings, be the point of contact for all the catering suppliers,etc)

- Be a real support for the Founder of the company (manage the agenda, organise the travels and accommodation,..)

- Manage the whole communication and marketing of the company

- Prepare invoices and follow the payments

- Have the opportunity to be really involved in internal projects

Profile

Who are we looking for?

- Someone with already a few years experience in a similar function, various one in general administration

- A perfect level writing and speaking in English and French, Polish is a real plus

- Someone polyvalent who can wear several hats

- Someone who can easily look after employees and ensure their well-being at work

- A good knowledge of Excel is imperative

- Someone who can handle pressure
