NL/FR Customer Service Officer for a Fintech in Brussels
As a Customer Service Officer, you will have the following tasks:
- Manage the mailbox and provide accurate answers to the specific questions of customers regarding the products of the company
- Answer the calls of clients and provide them with the right information
- Support marketing campaigns with proactive phone calls toward potential clients
- Provide customer feedback to product marketing about customer experience and product related questions/remarks
As a Customer Service Officer, you have the following profile:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (written and spoken). A very good command of English is also mandatory
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus
- Team player, eager to learn about new technologies
