• Cutting meat (boning, preparation,...) according to the regulations of the veterinary services and according to the applicable rules for food hygiene and safety.
• Can carry out meat processing operations (curing, canning, preparations of ready meals, etc.).
• Packaging of goods and quality control

• Training as a butcher or equivalent through experience
• You are motivated, flexible, stress resistant and punctual
• You feel involved in the work and want to learn something
• Language knowledge: Dutch, French or English
• Knowledge of Romanian, Polish or English is a plus!
