Management Assistant

Job description

As a Project Consultant, you’ll work across various sectors on different projects (3 to 12 months) in the Brussels region. With a permanent contract, you’ll be part of Belgium’s fastest-growing secondment team. Apply now for this exciting opportunity!

Your first project:
You’ll start as a Management Assistant at an international law firm. A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • You manage agendas with precision
  • You draft documents, take care of layout, revise and translate texts, and compile bundles
  • You organise business trips and events
  • You follow up on the team’s to-do lists
  • You contribute ideas to improve workflows and take initiative to help the team function more efficiently
  • You handle general administrative tasks, including compliance, seminar registrations, and contact management

Profile

As a Project Consultant, you're eager to learn and further develop your current expertise. You're looking for variety and new challenges.

We are always looking for candidates who have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, optionally complemented by relevant experience
  • A good command of Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • A strong interest in project-based work. You enjoy taking on new responsibilities in different environments
  • Engagement, passion, and excellent communication skills. Finally, you have a client-oriented and flexible mindset
