Job description

  • You work on all new projects arising in the warehouse and distribution landscape for the EMEA region (Tupperware Europe and Middle East Africa). These projects will all be related to the logistics area (warehousing, distribution and transport). Examples of projects: reduction of lead times, analyzing the pick and pack process, the costs and transportation chain, decreasing the administrative work in logistic processes and optimize the use of the ERP system.
  • You manage the projects from A to Z, detect the relevant stakeholders and involve them in the process by using their input in order to implement the projects successfully within the organization.  
  • As a strong communicator, you use your fluent interpersonal skills to develop an internal network. You are accessible and proactively inform all stakeholders about the cooperation in general, the priorities, deadlines and the progress of the projects.
  • You are willing to travel abroad occasionally to the different sites (20% of your time).
  • You work in close cooperation with your colleague and report to the EMEA Warehousing & Distribution Director.


  • You have a master’s degree in business/commercial/logistics engineering and at least 5 years of experience in logistics or warehousing.
  • Your excellent project management skills and your convincing communication style are crucial to facilitate change and improvement.
  • You have a deep knowledge of logistic processes and are able to work fluently with IT systems (MS Office, ERP system).
  • You connect easily with people of different levels, inside and outside the organization.
  • You are hands-on, assertive, you have a flexible attitude and are able to work independently.
  • You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
