Job description

For a company that produces premium quality Belgian pralines and chocolate truffles, we are looking for a Key Account Manager. Their clients cover the globe and they are specialized in developing complete concepts tailored to their clientele (B2B2C).
The group is an important player on the European chocolate gifting market of both corporate (B2B) as personal (B2C).

As Key Account Manager OOH you will create and develop their position in the OOH market, for example travel catering and quick service restaurants. You already have a wellestablished experience and network within the market.

You are energized by the objective to actively expand these relationships and create new avenues for growth. You will however reach these goals in strong accordance with our R&D and other departments which will allow the company to maintain a balanced and optimal product range.

You will actively contribute in this process by following market trends, shifts and regional factors and conveying this information within the company. You will report directly to the CEO and be an important part of the sales team.
Therefor we are searching for are a self-motivated and committed professional. Your main responsibilities are:
  • To drive new business in the OOH market with a strong focus on long-term partnerships.
  • To expand, build and nurture relationships with key/strategic accounts.
  • To build, execute and report a strategic account planning that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one year period.
  • To demonstrate leadership and decision-making competencies in adjusting strategy to account for local factors or market shifts.
  • To have a strong understanding of our products and processes to optimize your role as a constructive link between the market trends or client wishes and Gudrun.

  • You are an entrepreneurial, results orientated, and selfmotivating professional
  • You have outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to act as a change agent thereby effectively influencing and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, teams and networks irrespective of hierarchical structures
  • You combine strategic and analytical skills with a "can-do" mentality and have the ability to take constraints into account and cross its borders
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English spoken and written.
