Your adventure begins within our EMEA Sales Team as a Key Account Manager Belgium & Netherlands (m/f/d).

Key Account Manager Belgium & Netherlands (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities!
 
  • Grow and nurture key accounts in the Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Develop and grow the relevant key accounts according to strategic sales targets and with appropriate business models
  • Order management, sales administrative issues, reporting and communication
  • Ensure target fulfilment of customer base with a focus on realised net margins
  • Create and implement strategic growth and development plans for customer base
  • Presenting and selling of the JACK WOLFSKIN range
  • Regular monitoring of competition: Market information on competing brands, pricing, products, strategies, new developments, etc.
  • In cooperation with country manager: Create focused merchandise plans and interact with product/marketing teams during go-to-market process
  • Ensure understanding of key accounts during the global go-to-market process
  • Development and implementation of seasonal trade marketing plans for the key accounts in close cooperation with the marketing department
  • Organization and support of seasonal product and sales trainings
  • Regular visits of customers and customers’ POS
  • Sales coordination and control of SMU developments

Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
  • Degree in business administration or similar
  • Sales driven and customer focused, minimum 5 years experience in sales management and/or minimum 3 years experience in key account management in outdoor / sporting goods or textiles industry
  • Profound market knowledge
  • Strong communicator
  • Analytical skills
  • Hands-on-mentality
  • Professional skills in MS Office, knowledge of SAP/Business Objects beneficial
  • Teamwork, attention to detail, structured work style, enthusiastic and confident of own abilities
  • Experience in and willingness to regularly travel within Belgium and the Netherlands and also to sales events and trade shows abroad
  • Outdoor spirit very welcome
