OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a
Key Account Coordinator to strengthen this team.
What will you work on?
- Clarify and report customers’ requirements to the relevant internal departments within Aisin Europe and with Aisin Corporation (in Japan)
- Coordinate, control and administer assigned projects both internally & externally
- Monitor and report customer KPI and coordinate necessary action plans with other departments
- Support specific EU Car Manufacturer in daily commercial topics to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure smooth business continuity.
- Prepare and release quotations and price lists, support negotiation until customer approval and follow-up to ensure timely Purchase order receipt
- Support sales budget preparation
- Follow-up and collection of payments if needed
