TOTAL is looking for a Junior Research Engineer in Catalysis (M/F/X) located in the Research & Development Center of Feluy (Wallonia, Belgium). He/She will belong to the Catalysis & Products department for the Polymers Research & Development of the Refining & Chemicals branch of the Group.

Missions :
* Participate and improve the research and development of new technologies in catalysis;
* Coordinate some R&D projects on polymers catalysis from the kick off until the results analysis and their presentations with internal reports;
* Assess the catalysis performance in laboratory in collaboration with the operators and present the results to the external suppliers;
* Manage up to 2 lab operators as well the timing and budget of the team;
* Be responsible of the technology knowledge of the department and the communication with the research centers, the technical departments and the production sites;
* Attend to the conferences in order to improve the knowledge and innovation;
* Follow the research studies managed by the universities and the external research centers.

Profile:
* You have a Master in Chemical and Materials Engineering or a PhD in Chemicals.
* You get used with mathematics, statistics and IT tools;
* You are autonomous, you take easily initiatives and decisions and you have a team spirit.
* You have a good knowledge of English and French languages.
