Junior Key Account Manager
Job description
As Junior Key Account Manager, you will be the reference person for clients in the Pharmaceutical field.
In your daily tasks as Key Account Manager, you will work in a team with a customer service at the Anderlecht site.
- You will support customers in the pharmaceutical market, from the definition of their needs to delivery, providing technical advice on the various products offered.
- You will build loyalty and develop existing customers.
- You are active in the improvement of commercial performance (product services, supply chain, review of offers etc.).
- You ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of your customer portfolio.
- You ensure regular and efficient reporting of your activity.
- You will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Of course, you are encouraged to proactively initiate new ideas and projects.
Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
- You are fluent in French and English and Dutch is an asset (good command of one of these two languages).
- You have a commercial bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You have a first commercial experience in product sales and you are ready to take up this challenge in an industrial and technical B2B environment.
- You are a good listener and have a thorough understanding of customer issues in order to maintain a relationship of trust and loyalty.
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
