Junior Finance Controller: full package & company car

We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Controller to be at the heart of operations, working closely with all the restaurants to drive financial and operational success.
Junior Finance Controller: full package & company car
Your Responsibilities:
Financial and Operational Reporting
- Analyze and report monthly financial data and business KPIs.
- Prepare presentations of consolidated financial information for the Board.
- Maintain regular communication with operational teams to understand business trends.
- Participate in enhancing financial and operational reporting processes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and derive data directly from sales systems when necessary.
- Contribute to local and Group-level budgeting and forecasting.
Pricing, Costing, and Business Analysis
- Conduct pricing analyses for new menu launches and seasonal products, including industry and competitor reviews.
- Perform ad hoc analyses across various business streams (Marketing, F&B, Operations, Sourcing, etc.) and present findings to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong English proficiency.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and an analytical mindset.
