Junior Account Manager

Our client is an agile software partner, part of a Belgian leading technology and innovation group of 500 companies. They enjoy the backing and strength of a large company, with entrepreneurship in its DNA.
Due to growth, they're currently looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their Sales team.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by qualifying leads that build a pipeline. You will lead initiatives that build new business for the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand;
• Support and follow up on marketing campaigns (physical & online);
• Qualify leads and find new opportunities;
• Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to a prospecting call;
• Organize and attend to client and prospect meetings together with other sales team members;
• Work towards the common (sales) goals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years B2B sales experience;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Dutch and English are required, French is a plus;
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
• You are able to work focused and goal-oriented;
• Flexible and fast learning.
