IT Technician 2nd Line Chemical Industry

For our client located in Walloon Brabant and active in the Chemical sector, we are urgently looking for a :

2nd LINE IT TECHNICIAN with experience in the sector,
English and French speaking ;

A permanent contract after a first period
 

As a 2nd Line IT Technician, the primary goal of this function is to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible, for our 250 employees on site :

* You will work with requests (primary incidents and service requests) that cannot be resolved immediately by the of 1st line technician.

* If required, you will request external support, from our IT partners (3rd Level Support) or other external suppliers.

* You are responsible to undertake more uneasier requests and work tasks as incidents, changes, problem and service requests.

* You are responsible to follow Global IS/IT processes and procedures related to how we work.

* You will collaborate in the implementation of global IT standards on the site.

* You will contribute to that documentation for local systems is up to date and compliant with QMS, GMP and GAMP.

* You have a Bachelor in IT or have a successful experience in this function ;
* You know the different standards in the Pharma or Chemicals sector : GMP, GAMP,...
* You can work autonomous but have a good team spirit in working with 2 others people but also with all the departments in Belgium and Europe 
* You speak English as well as French ;
* You are open to develop your competences ;
* You are immediately available
 

A permanent contract after a first period as Temporary or Project worker ;
