Job description
Responsibilities:
As a specialist you will focus on governance processes.
You will coordinate:
- ?Operational IT security activities with our external IT suppliers.
- Activities related to 'threat & vulnerability management', make risk analyses and follow up
- The management of IT security incidents (as a member of the Critical Incident Response Team)
?You work with the IT Security Officer on the development and implementation of a security roadmap focused on identified IT security risks and requirements
You will be responsible for and monitor security policies by:
- Maintaining existing IT security policies and procedures, as well as formulating proposals for improvement
- Creating documents for awareness and training around IT security
- Reporting on policy compliance
- Taking countermeasures when necessary
- Arrange for audits
- Provide guidance on IT security projects
?You report on the technical aspects of IT security and make recommendations
You coach and supervise the staff of the IT security team
You keep abreast of technical skills and competencies in the field of IT security
Profile
Your profile
- You have a bachelor or master degree (or equivalent through experience).
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience within IT security, preferably in an international environment.
- You have an excellent knowledge of IT security technologies (Web Security, IDS/IPS, IT networks, Data loss prevention, ...)
- Preferably obtained IT security certification
- You are a born problem solver who performs well under pressure.
- You are a born communicator and team player.
- You have an excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- You are willing to travel several times a year.
