IT Business Partner

Our client is a world leader with more than 140 years of experience. They operate internationally and are specialized in dredging works, offshore, infra marine and environmental works.

You will be working in a very diverse team that includes more than 70 different nationalities.

For the position as IT Business Partner, you will be the link between the IT department and the transformation and program teams for asset management.

You will develop IT roadmaps, execute solution discovery, improve service management, …
You will not only offer expert consulting services but will also actively participate in technology projects and initiatives.
You will communicate relevant updates both to the IT community and to the business stakeholders.
You play a key role in sharing knowledge across the company and identify synergies related to technology.
In partnership, you identify opportunities to increase efficiency and/or business value.

For the position as IT Business Partner, those are the requirements:
You have a master's degree in informatics, computer science,...
You have at least 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Partner or similar role (e.g. Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, …).
You have functional knowledge of key business processes in the field of Asset management.
You have managed teams & people before.
Experience with IBM Maximo is a plus.
You are highly client focused and able to build relationships with key stakeholders on all levels of the organization.
You have a result-driven mindset.
You are fluent in English. Dutch is an asset.
