IT Application Project Manager

Job description

For one of our clients in the Life Sciences sector, we are currently looking for a project manager to help drive ambition, and support development of innovative projects.

Specifically he/she:

  • Works on launching and supporting MVPs from ideation through prototyping to build and scaling, focusing on one or several strategic directions (peer to peer, personalized content & services for HCPs, treatment decision support, patient empowerment, eMedical education)
  • Onboards MVP teams and coaches PO and global scalers on i4C methodology (incl. KPI and value measurements)
  • Helps teams connect with relevant external stakeholders, working with Lab4C open innovation manager
  • Prepares MVP routines following agile principles
  • Reports to Lab4C portfolio manager regarding status of the MVP, voices key risks and identifies potential solutions
  • Collects learnings and works with Lab4C portfolio manager to further improve end-to-end process
  • Supports global scalers (e.g., MVP manuals, scaling roadmaps) and facilitates implementation of the MVP across Opcos and TAs, products
  • Measures business value generated by the MVP Acts as a relay for i4C between his/her Opco/ IBVT and Lab4C
  • Plans communication for MVPs progress and scaling, as well as cross functional processes Aligns with other Lab4C members to ensure coordinated communication
