International Group Tax Advisor

You will be working in the holding company of a large and complex international group. You will be working closely together with the Head of Group Tax in a senior role.

Your tasks can vary greatly, depending on projects, but you will have the opportunity to work on various topics: M&A, reorganizations, Transfer Pricing (Masterfile, Local file, CbCR), FATCA & CRS, Tax Compliance, VAT, IFRS Deferred Tax, Tax Processes,...

More in general, your tasks will include the following:

• Provide tax consulting advice to internal departments such as legal, compliance, treasury, finance and accounting.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliancy for all the entities of the group: indirect tax matters, FATCA/CRS regulations,....
• Review the tax accounting and reporting process in the group, review the tax disclosures in the financial accounts and prepare required tax reports.
• Advice in M&A activities and related projects.
• Coordinate the process of obtaining tax rulings.
• Assist and follow-up on tax audits in the group.

• Master degree in Tax Law, Economics or Finance. 
• You have a very good knowledge of English and you have good knowledge of French and/or Dutch. 
• You have minimum 3 to 5 years (preferably more!) of experience in international tax. 
• You combine international tax knowledge with good knowledge of Belgian tax legislation.
