As an
International Business Developer, you will be responsible for
developing business opportunities and managing an international B2B client portfolio.
As a true ambassador of the company, you will be the
main point of contact for your clients — presenting, negotiating, and closing sales across the full product range.
Working closely with management, you will actively contribute to defining and implementing the
export strategy within your assigned regions.
Main ResponsibilitiesCommercial strategy & planning - Participate in defining the commercial strategy and action plan for your target markets.
- Determine the necessary means and actions to achieve sales objectives.
Product presentation & client relationship - Identify commercial expectations and technical needs of clients and prospects.
- Master the technical and scientific aspects of the products and highlight their competitive advantages.
Business development - Identify and develop new clients and market opportunities.
- Increase turnover and product range penetration among existing clients.
- Expand the company’s geographical presence.
Trade shows & international events - Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and client events abroad.
Follow-up & reporting - Analyze commercial results and provide quarterly reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, marketing, logistics).
- Identify challenges and propose improvement solutions.
- Manage and monitor your allocated budget.
