they are now looking for an internal account manager that can be the Contact Person of the different clients and can think pragmatically.
Internal Account Manager BXL-Event Sector
What can you expect as Internal Account Manager:
- Manage your Client portfolio
- Manage Client calls, enter and follow up orders
- Manage showroom visits, advice on staging
- Handle disputes (late, loss and breakage, exceptional discount)
- Develop customer loyalty, develop and advise a Client portfolio
- Handle different projects to make sure the events goes to plan
- You have a good knowledge of French knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- You are commercially minded
- You are rigorous and organized
- You are reactive, dynamic and a good listener
- You like to work in a team
- You have a good resistance to stress
- You are sensitive to the "event environment
From € 2.000 to € 2.500 per month
You will start in a nice company, in a team that works very well together. You will get formations on the products and the way of working and will get paid accordingly to the Market, with an interesting extra-legal package.
