Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first and only Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.
Job description
In order to continuously improve productivity, you analyze work methods and conduct time studies.
You prepare presentations and report your observations and analyses to the management.
You establish a staff needs planning based on productivity objectives.
You take part in the monitoring and analysis of the services within the various departments of Audi Brussel as well as in the monitoring of the production figures for the site.
You take part in similar surveys between different factories (Benchmark) and maintain close contact with the different production departments.
Profile
Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent by experience) with relevant experience in the industrial production sector.
You have experience with work analysis, work methods and productivity.
You have good analytical skills: precision and affinity for numbers.
Knowledge of MS Office, with an excellent command of Excel (macro's). Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Language skills: Dutch, French and German. You are fluent in at
