• Help develop the tailor made training material for incident investigation training
• Give training and coaching in incident investigation
• Facilitate workshops on incident investigation
• Support incident investigations in the context of HFACS (human factors)
• Perform program review on incident investigation program (site audit + documentary review)

• Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience.
• Extensive knowledge of human factors, system thinking, safety ii, resilience, safety culture
• 10 year of experience in incident investigation in the context of HFACS
• Demonstrable experience in complex organizations
• Preferably Master in Human Factors & System Safety
• Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills;
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
• Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;
• English spoken and written;
