For our client, we are looking for an HR OFFICER / HR BUSINESS PARTNER for 3 days in Malonne and 2 days in Anderlecht.

Job description

As operational HR OFFICER / HR BUSINESS PARTNER, you understand the needs of the business, its strategy and are able to transpose these to the HR level.

  • You are the contact point for employees (3-4 days / week in Malonne, 1-2 days in Anderlecht);
  • You work closely with the Plant Manager in Malonne to give him HR support in the implementation of different projects;
  • You are the pillar of human development of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001;
  • You oversee the implementation of HR processes and respect the budget;
  • You work on numerous improvement projects: skills analysis, performance evaluation, identification of training needs, employee development, etc.;
  • You are in charge of recruiting and integrating new employees and workers;
  • You are able to interact with unions;
  • Your knowledge of social law and your vision of human resources allow you to find solutions adapted to daily challenges.

Profile

  • You are passionate about Human Resources, energetic, enthusiastic and resolutely positive;
  • You have a Masters' degree in HR, Work Psychology, Management Sciences or equivalent experience;
  • You have a first successful experience in an HR Officer or HR Business Partner function (ideally at least 3 years);
  • In addition to French, you have good knowledge of English (minimum B2) and Dutch (minimum B1);
  • You are resourceful, autonomous, creative, proactive and results-oriented.
